After headline grabbing news this week about ending Letting Agent fees for tenants (and passing them on to you instead) there’s still a way to go … The process from Consultation, through Primary Legislation and final Act of Parliament is some 12 – 18 months away before the ban on tenants’ fees comes into force (and we have no detail at this stage).
