Our Block Management Services division has been established with a clear purpose: to raise the standard of block management for residential, mixed-use and small commercial developments throughout Brighton & Hove.

We recognised that many leaseholders, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage (RTM) companies and freeholders were becoming increasingly frustrated with poor communication, slow responses and a lack of transparency from their managing agents. Our approach is different. We believe block management should be proactive rather than reactive, with clear communication, sound financial management and genuine accountability at the heart of every instruction.

Whether managing a converted period property with just a handful of apartments or a larger purpose-built development, our focus remains the same: protecting the value of our clients’ assets while creating safe, well-maintained and professionally managed buildings that residents are proud to call home.

Our experienced team works closely with Directors, leaseholders and contractors to ensure statutory compliance, effective maintenance planning, appropriate buildings insurance, accurate service charge administration and long-term budgeting. Through careful financial control and preventative management, we aim to deliver excellent value while helping to minimise unexpected expenditure wherever possible.
