I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for your professional services and kindness with the sale of my beach hut.

I have dealt with a lot of estate agents in the last few months and I can confirm that yours is one of the best in Brighton and Hove! I am sure you make far more commission on larger properties, but you never once made me feel like a lesser seller, you were always easy to get hold of, kept things moving apace and were patient with my inefficiencies. With everything I am coping with at the moment, I was so grateful.
