Summer time – and the living is easy! This much-loved Beach Hut is looking for a new owner to spend time enjoying the sea front, facilities at Hove Lagoon and various activities on Western Lawns. Sea views, a magnificent promenade, and cafes nearby, an ideal location for children of all ages.
BEACH HUT 342 This recently repainted ‘property on the prom’ is ready and waiting for its new owners. It is in good condition and has fabulous views of the coastline including a distant view of i360. Lying between Wish Road and Berriedale Avenue and with a wide stretch of promenade between the hut, steps leads to a shingly beach to enjoy gently lapping waves or crashing waves, depending on our British weather.
Children of all ages have an extensive playground with the sea, beach, playground, paddling pool and Hove Lagoon with all its seasonal activities – to keep parents happy. You’ll be spoiled with a choice of venue for teas, coffees, ice-creams, lunches at the Venue and Big Beach Café. If you love swimming or water sports you’re close to a fresh water shower and tap. Parking is available on Kingsway and adjoining streets or if you’re feeling energetic a stroll or a bike ride will bring you to your destination – beach hut 342.
Of course some people prefer a more laid back approach, so pull out your deckchairs and enjoy watching the world go by or dig into your favourite book whilst enjoying the fresh sea air.

INSIDE STORY ‘I can’t believe it’s time to sell my beach hut. Memories abound of many happy summers spent with friends and family enjoying the fresh sea air, swimming in the sea, lots of laughter and hours of fun.’
WE LOVE BEACH HUT 342 BECAUSE… The appeal for young families with pets and children is clear to see. It is so close to Hove Lagoon for young families, where young children can play all day at the playground, and where teenagers can learn and enjoy the water sports facilities. Most importantly, it is where parents can have a well deserved cup of tea or maybe something stronger. All generations will enjoy walking, jogging, cycling (being respectful of cycling regulations) and dog walking along this beautiful part of Hove promenade. If your sporting activities stretch to pitch and putt, tennis or indoor swimming then you don’t need to go far.
