With its blue double doors – the colour of hazy summer skies, warm waters, and parasols, our latest Beach Hut (and in very good condition) to offer to beach lovers is close to its nearest café/restaurant, The Venue – so close you can almost smell the coffee… Backing on to Kingsway – and at the western end of a ‘terrace’ of just 14 beach huts, indulge your passion of bowls, tennis or pitch and putt. Loll in a deck chair, stretch out, and watch the world go by. With summer ahead there’s plenty to amuse the whole family, on dry land or in the sea.
The hut has built-in seating, a cupboard, vents, easy-clean lino on the floor, and has a bright, white interior.
INSIDE STORY ‘We’ve had our beach hut for 16 happy years and have stored up a life-time of memories of family and friends enjoying the best of Hove’s seafront and promenade. Our property on the prom has been like a faithful friend and we’ve cherished it since the day we ‘moved in’. Now it’s time to ‘move on’ and we’re sure its new owners will spend many happy hours here.’

SEAFRONT OFFICE DIRECTIONS You will find the Seafront Office between Brighton Pier and West Pier, underneath the arches opposite the Brighton Centre on the lower promenade.
ANNUAL LICENCE FEE An Annual Licence Fee is payable to Brighton & Hove City Council. For the year 2019/20 we understand the Annual Fee is £404 (including VAT) payable annually or by Direct Debit.
DOG FRIENDLY BEACHES Dogs are permitted on all beaches in Brighton & Hove from 1 October to 30 April. During the rest of the year, dogs are only permitted on beaches listed as dog friendly beaches (and these are well signposted).
