I have had a really great experience renting with Callaways; they are such a knowledgeable, supportive, kind, professional, courteous, personable, organised, and helpful team. I have felt very well looked after in terms of gas safety, electrical safety and fire safety; all certificates and reports are up to date; contractors are all very polite, friendly and professional. I have only ever had to report one repair and it was looked after really quickly and was totally stress-free. My flat is a happy, safe, good quality home that I enjoy living in.
