I was aware that finding a rental in Brighton is a tenuous process, but, Callaways was a gush of fresh air, as opposed to what I heard. I had interacted with James Duffy, who’s a Branch Manager at Callaways, and was delighted to observe how smooth my transition with them was! Professional, diligent, transparent, always on-time, and quick to understand and process the requests! For someone who recently moved, it was a great help. From the administrative side, Laura Simpson was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and understanding. Interacting with these two made the transition a whole lot easier. They helped us prepare a property for rent, fully managed the rental property and have just sold the property for us. Throughout that time we have found them to be professional, courteous and proactive. They provided advice when required and arranged everything that needed to be done. Our experience with all Callaways staff has been positive but for many years now most of our interactions have been with Jacqui on the lettings side and James on the sales. Both seem so suited to their roles and are just the sort of people you want to look after or sell your property. We had no previous experience of letting agents but we know in Jacqui and Callaways, very good ones do exist. For the sale, James showed excellent communications.
